We are looking for folks who miss playing the flute and making music with other people in a low-pressure environment:

Flute Club Cincinnati is an opportunity for adult flutists of all experience levels to have some fun and re-ignite the joy of playing flute!

We’ll rehearse a diverse range of flute ensemble repertoire, focusing on flute technique and fun, ending each concert cycle with a live performance for friends and family. Sign up for the entire semester, or for just one concert cycle, whatever suits your schedule!

Where? Rehearsals at Wyoming Fine Arts Center.

When? 6:30PM-8:30PM on Monday evenings

Concert Cycle #1 - January 12th, 2026 - March 2nd, 2026. Concert on March 8.

Concert Cycle #2 - March 23rd, 2026 - April 27th, 2026. Concert on May 3.

Notes:

  • This ensemble is for flutists of all skill levels, but we do expect all participants to own or rent their own flute, and to know the basics of how to make a sound and read and play notes on the treble clef staff.

  • Private flute lessons from local professional flutists will be available at an additional cost for any flutists needing or wanting to jumpstart their flute playing abilities.

How much does it cost to participate?

1 Concert Cycle (1/2 semester) $150, which includes:

  • 6-7 rehearsals

  • At least 1 performance

  • Copies of all the music + warm-ups

  • 1 optional free 30 minute “kick-starter” flute lesson

  • 20% off any additional private flute lessons with Annie during the cycle

2 Concert Cycles (Full Semester) $250, which includes:

  • 12-14 rehearsals

  • At least 2 performances

  • Copies of all the music + warm-ups

  • 1 optional free 30 minute “kick-starter” flute lesson

  • 20% off any additional private flute lessons with Annie during the cycle

Discount opportunities - We’re trying out a few different discounts for this inaugural season of Flute Club Cincinnati. You’ll choose your discount options at check out and will receive information after you’ve signed up.

Discounts will come in the form of reimbursement after you’ve completed the task.

  • Sign up with a friend or refer a friend and you will each receive $25 off

  • Hang Flute Club Cincinnati flyers around your community and get $10 off for every 10 flyers hung

  • Post about Flute Club Cincinnati on social media (on walls, pages, stories, groups, etc) and get $10 off for every 5 posts you make (must have flyer PNG and your personalized text included!)

  • Commit to help with set up, clean up, and tear down for all rehearsals and receive $50 off (limit 2 to this discount, first come first serve)

Scholarship opportunities - We do not have scholarship at this time, but hope to open up this opportunity in the future!
