ABOUT FLUTE CLUB CINCINNATI
Miss playing the flute and making music with other people? Looking for a lighthearted, no-pressure activity to add some sparkle to your week and distract from the daily grind?
Flute Club Cincinnati is an opportunity for adult flutists of all experience levels to have some fun and re-ignite the joy of playing flute!
We’ll rehearse a diverse range of flute ensemble repertoire, focusing on flute technique and fun. Performances are at the end of each concert cycle and will take place around the Greater Cincinnati area. Sign up for the entire semester, or for just one concert cycle, whatever suits your schedule!
Where? Rehearsals at Xavier University, performances all over the Greater Cincinnati area
When? 7:00PM-8:30PM on Monday evenings
Notes:
This ensemble is for flutists of all skill levels, but we do expect all participants to own or rent their own flute, and to know the basics of how to make a sound and read and play notes on the treble clef staff.
Private flute lessons from local professional flutists will be available at an additional cost for any flutists needing or wanting to jumpstart their flute playing abilities.
